Christian Activity Center Announces New Strategic Plan

East St. Louis, IL – This week the Christian Activity Center unveiled its 2024-2026 Strategic Plan to staff and community stakeholders. The new Strategic Plan will further accelerate CAC’s mission of “embracing kids with the love of Christ and equipping them to thrive.” CAC leadership, in concert with the CAC Board of Directors and partners from Allsup Charitable Services, focused on four key goals that will accelerate CAC’s momentum in the years to come:

  • Deliver high quality programs

  • Ensure financial growth and sustainability

  • Increase membership enrollment and retention

  • Increase visibility in the community

“We are thrilled to share the new Strategic Plan with all of our stakeholders, as we continue to expand access and provide opportunities for the children and families in our neighborhood,” said Dr. Jeffrey Williams, Executive Director. “I want to thank everyone who worked so diligently to chart a path for the future of our organization and thoughtfully consider how we further our impact,” he added.

The new strategic plan will guide CAC’s Board of Directors, leadership team, and staff as they seek to expand partnerships with organizations across the St. Louis Metro, develop new programs that best serve the needs of students, engage new financial resources, and sharpen the focus on data and analytics to drive future growth. “The new Strategic Plan allows our donors to clearly understand how their generosity translates into the success of our students and organization,” said Parker Tilley, Director of Communications & External Affairs. “We believe that with these goals in front of us, the churches, companies, and individuals who have walked alongside us for so long will be excited to further their support!”
