Space is limited to the first 30 teams!
Checks can be made payable to Christian Activity Center and mailed to:

If paying by check, please complete the paper registration form linked below.
Cost is $150/player or $600/team
Includes mulligans, skins, access to the driving range, green fees, cart, lunch, hors d'oeuvres,
and a contribution to the Christian Activity Center
Open to guests, friends, families, consultants, associates, neighbors, and competitors!
Deadline to register to golf is Friday, June 14th
Deadline to be a sponsor is Friday, June 7th
